Enjoy the conclusion of my 6-week trip to Italy in summer 2019 as I explore more of Tuscany and relax at a thermal spa.
As I sit here in Connecticut, experiencing another horrible tragedy, but this time on a global scale, I can’t help but think back to the beauty and idyll of last summer. My heart bleeds for Italy – and for the whole world during this pandemic. While nothing will make it feel any better at this moment in time, please lose yourself in the beauty of Italy and revel in the fun and amazing experiences I was fortunate enough to enjoy.
I was somewhere in my third fo six weeks of travel as I made my way down to the heel of the boot of Italy. The heatwave continued and it only seemed to get hotter the further south I went.
